Help with lack of acceleration please!

Working on my first TPI project and I am having a problem.

The vehicle is a 1985 K5 Blazer. Purchased with a blown motor and a 700r4 that was supposed to be good.

Engine is a 1989 TPI that I pulled from a running Camaro. Stock with the exception of deleting the smog equipment and the air pump. Long tube headers with a three wire 02 sensor. Dual exhaust, no cats. Painless harness, chip burned by Harris for this project. High volume low pressure fuel pump from tank to swirl pot then high pressure pump to the motor. Fuel pressure holds steady at 40 pounds. VSS wire was connected to the stock optical eye sensor on the blazer. Truck started right up and idles smooth and revs fine. The adl light has not come on except at start like it should. Jumped it to makes sure it is going closed loop and it is.

Power brake in first and it smokes the tires off. Problem occurs when driving down the road at about 40 mph it is like hitting a wall. Pedal to the floor and almost zero acceleration. Just bogs down for some reason. I am thinking either tranny or the vss maybe? Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
