Axle/Gears: 9 bolt disc brake 2.77
305 tpi won't start please help not my car!
Ok so my friend just got an 89 firebird 305 tpi auto. And I helped him swap intake runners on it everything is pluged back in the way it was and now the car won't start it ran fine the night before but when we were working on it the 3 wire conector to the alternator hit the valve cover and sparked could that have blown the ecm or coil or hopfully just a fuse that would cause the car not to run? Thanks for the help and sorry for the bad spelling .

Did you check the fuses or the fuseable links near the battery? You suspect a fuse but did you actually check them?

Thanks for the help I got a chance to look at the car last night and found a big vacuum leak
