Motor is clogged up, please help me

I bought a 76 sbc350 motor last week and i just removed the intake and i noticed the 4 water jackets/passages are clogged with dried anti freeze im guessing. The 4 im talking about are on each corner going around the motor and are the ports that go from intake to heads im guessing. Anywyas 2 of them were blocked completly at entrance but i broke threw it and saw the walls and path to where they go has this crap everywhere, and the opposite side 2 arent as bad but still have crap leading to wherever they go aswell. So if someone can please help me get them cleaned and re assure me the motor is most likely fine i will love them forever, thanks.
Ill upload pics in like 2minutes

Just the usual old motor crud in there don"t panic. Just take a hose and flush all that garbage out of there.

Ok with a light stream of water as if poring water from a water bottle or turn the hose on hard and try not to get the valves and stuff around the hole wet? I ddnt get to upload pics of mine but here is an example of a similar one except around my hole its not dirty like this pic lol just in the hole looks the same.

Anyone? I just want to know where the water should come out of, and how much water pressure to use or to just make the passages that are vsible clean and if its flowing good it should be fine.

Uh the water will come out the water pump or water pump holes. Try not to let it splash out and into the lifter valley.
