LT1 dipstick and tube for an L98

From what I have read, the LT1 dipstick and tube will work in the L98 block with a passenger side hole. I am asking this question to confirm this before I make the purchase.

It fits. The only thing I had a problem with is the bolt holding it to the block. Maybe the threads are rusted on my block. I don't know. Whenever I do headers I will tap the hole.
