Car: 1984 Trans Am Recaro

Engine: 5.0L V8

How many quarts do i need

I need to do a flush on all the fluids in my car so the transmission fluid, coolant, brake fluid, and oil i need to know about how much i need to get of each one so i can flush and refill

If the Transmission is a 700R4 takes around 11Quarts. If its a standard a lot less. The rest not sure..

Yep, owners manual or a service manual. Worst case if you contact a dealership they should be able to check the service manual for you. Good luck.
