spark plug heat range lo5 350?

I finally got the 350 in and I'm running the AC delco hei non ecm ignition system with an edelbrock 1406 (600) I want to know what heat range my plugs should be along with the gap and ignition base timing

Also would like to mention I'm running headman long tubes with 3" collecters and flopro muffler

Stock internals on the 350? I'd give a stock replacement plugs a try and go from there. Once you find what you like, then buy the more expensive ones. Also base timing is typically 6-10 degrees, it all depends what you engine likes, theres not set number to give.

bone stock 350 long block with swirl port heads carb and headers and iron 4bbl intake for now im thinking that my heat range is a little too low im running ac delco rts42 with .035 gaps

42 heat range is what I run in my 305s/350s and have never had an issue.
