Idle surge. Lean pop injextors ?

Car: 1988 Iroc-Z Red T-tops
Engine: 305 TPI LB9 55k miles
Transmission: Auto 700r4
Axle/Gears: 2.73 posi
Idle surge. Lean pop injextors ?
88 lb9 auto 305 tpi stock
Sat for years and replaced gas tank pump cleaned lines radiator all new ignition battery elec all seems ok
Fuel pressure is at 40-43psi car fires up no problem and idles and hold temp
Car I thought was rich at idle burn with tuner pro everything dreads lean Blm are 150. Just replaced all plugs and wires and odd side all looked ok non rich brownish the even side 6-8 looked fouled all black and 2 looked lean with some white tips 4 was brown looked ok
So it fired up again no problem and sounds smooth no misses and with tuner pro I added fuel at idle even with bpw and maf tables it helps and got down to 135
Vacumm is at 22 but rpm at idle is still high I reset tps and iac and all check out on tuner pro after retests and replacement
So now I think I hear lean pop not a miss and it idles down to 700 the surges to 1000 sometimes runs up to 1200 the. Back down
I can turn down idle screw even and fit will go low then back up
I do not see the iac hunting it sits at 39 as the rpm surge vacu um drops a little to 21 as it idles down then back up but once at steady idle weather 1000 or 800 it sits steady vacuum reading
I sprayed fluid along intake with little to no effect and tuning doesn't seem to help dial it out
Could it be original injectors where 6-8 are leaking and 2 is clogged or low flow and randomly causing hunt and vac surge and idle ?
Anything else to check to tune in tuner pro?

Also it is not surging quickly I can rev gas and it will settle to 650 but then in few seconds climb to 1050 then it typically sits at 1100 give take a 50rpm so it is not surging stumble adjust etc

Givin it gas will vary the rpm It sits at after a rev sometimes it goes to 1300-1600 then idles back to 1200 then 1000 and sits at 1000
Other times after rev it drops to 650 then builds back to 1000-1100
I have original injectors all ohm out at 17 hot but gas was dirty dirty when I replaced tank wonder if gas hardened like the tank in the injextors and they are clogged and blocked
I have new ones and it is next job to tackle I figure I like to solve idle problem befit I pull intake
