Changed cap and rotor now car wont start.

So i had bought cap, rotor, plugs, and wires. i started with the cap,and rotor. moved plugs over to new cap first, then removed old cap and rotor. installed new rotor (i spun it slightly accidentally moved it back), took old coil off old cap, sanded down rusty ground, moved coil over to new cap, tightened the cap down, and plugged in wires to coil. decided to try to fire it up before i moved on to plugs and wires. low and behold now my car wont start it just turns and turns and turns... killed my batt...

any insight on this would be greatly appreciated. thanks
