1989 iroc z 350tpi HELP

1989 iroc z 350tpi HELP
After driving for 5 mins, its starts cutting out when I put a load on it. If I hold the throttle sounds like it wants to die out almost like it isnt getting fuel? Anyone else have this problem need some help here I put a high velocity fuel pump and bigger fuel rails and it didnt get rid of it and does anyone know the stock flow rate on the injectors?

Ill check tomorrow just bought the car 2 days ago and a 15hr trip with no sleep has left me no time to tear into it too busy catching up on sleep. What would be a good set of injectors to get and what would be a good flow rate for them? Sorry im somewhat of a newbie only 17 so this is my first rodeo with a vehicle like this!!!

What Should I be reading for fuel pressure? And my radiator is spanked too could this have something to do with my problem? Its wicked boggy after I give it a hot supper a few times temperature gauge stays right where it should but maybe the thing dont work and shes just getting too hot. Im gonna replace a few things and see what it does i read up on here and most people say its like 4 or 5 things and they are all cheap fixes. Ill do her up good and see how shes feeling after I give her a little love.

Question for you..... when it's cutting out abd you hold the gas pedal down to keep it running, is there a ton of smoke coming out of the exhaust ??
