Taillights not working?

Hi guys im new here at the site and i REALLY need some help, getting too many fix it tickets ...here's my problem my taillights always go out but my brake lights still work even when they go out, to be more specific i always keep blowing the 20A fuse in the fuse block under the steering wheel. The first thing i decided to do was check my taillights if they are blown, i did and there good, next i checked the fuse box under the steering wheel and the 20A fuse labled Tail was blown so i replaced it and my tailights worked but it blew like 2-3days later. So i thought i all had to do was keep changing the fuse but then i noticed that sometimes when i replace the fuse it goes out right away, once i switch the fuse there's really no telling how long it last's sometimes it last days sometimes minutes but like i said earlier my headlights and brake lights still work. i was told to check the ground wire near the electric motor by the hatch i did and it looked fine to me oh and btw idk if this helps but its a 1989 camaro RS but when i bought it, it had the rearend, hood and pretty much everything drivetrain wise swapped from an Z28 IROC
