My car is a stock 89 GTA with TPI 350 that was just rebuilt at my dealership and idles too hight now unless we unplug the IAC. If unplugged it idles closer to where it should be but turn on AC and it's to low and can stall. The only thing we did differently was remove the smog pump, emissions components and plug off the air tubus from the exhaust manifolds. Any ideas what to look for? Also who can steer me towards a new chip for ECM that won't show me a service engine light for emissions removal?
