PVC causing oil in intake?

PVC causing oil in intake?
Hello,
I took my runners off to put new gaskets on and found oil seeping out of the EGR hole on the rear passenger runner area.
Is this normal to have oil residue in this passage? I wiped it up but when I first took the runner off the oil ran down to the base of the mounting area.
Would if be sucking oil from someplace or is it just normal PCV oil residue?
