My friend took it out and I wasn't watching him close enough.. I have 2 long bolts, and one short bolt, one bracket, and two nuts. I think the short bolt goes on the bottom, but it looks like there's 3 holes that would fit long bolts. And I only have 2 long bolts.. Am I missing a bolt?

Also, can't figure out where the hell the bracket and nuts are supposed to go..

Anyone got any pictures or diagrams?
