87 350 tpi,parked and wont start

First I was getting no spark, I replaced the distributed because of it. Then I had spark, I can start it with starting fluid now. Replaced fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump along with the fuel filter. Checked all the injectors, every injector was 16 ohms strong. What could possibly be there problem?

You say you replaced the fuel pump and regulator , but you don't mention doing a fuel pressure test . If the rail is at the right pressure next I'd get a "noid light" on an injector or two and see if it's actually getting a signal to spray . If no signal first check would be the two fuses labeled INJ1 and INJ2 . Also , there is a fender mounted fuse that feeds the ECM , that could have gone out as well .....

I had checked the fuel pressure with the tester. Before I did fuel pump. 40 psi then then when the furl pump kicked off it would drop to 0 almost instantly
