IrocZ CPR

Well it's been 5 years finally got my 88 Iroc back on the road. I forgot how much I miss and love this Iroc. I am probably the only guy the watches the Iroc Promotional video on loop. Anyway I did alot and customized a lot have pictures and a write up to follow soon. It just goes to show no matter how broke you are if there is a will there is a way!

Now...

Yeah Notice I did not put any finished pics up... Well lets just say not a day goes by I am not working on something. I just got the steering wheel out of the interior shop and got all new Iroc Badging, waiting on my tires for my rims. Been using parts from 3 diffrent Camaro's to keep mine on the road. So yeah money is tight. What I am working on now is wiring in the new speakers in. Rewiring my A/C blower. About to unload a rebuild kit on my TBI system. Installing new door panels and headliner. Installing dekota digital dash. Possibly porting my TBI and heads. Lots to do. Need to fix my heat asap and reinstall seat belts. More pics to come I promise.

Got alot done this morning finished the front bumper put new Badging and lights. Need to repaint the bumper but I will repaint the car later with new Iroc Badging. Got the Carpet finished now I need to put the fixed red seat belts back in and get that stupid RS steering Wheel and gauge cluster out and put the new steering wheel. Need to put the new black door panels in aswell. Black and red interior gonna be sexy as hell. My car looked like a Hardtop before because someone painted over and filled the ttops.... WHY? I have been working them with aircraft cleaner. Still need to rebuilt and port the TBI. Got new AGX struts and summit racing springs in the front when I finished the front bumper. Doing rear suspension now. More pics to follow

Re: IrocZ CPR

Mmmm So 12:00 am and done replaced the blower motor for Ac heat replaced a relay box and...blower switch lets jest say the constant power to the switch was not so constant so I wired it directly to the fuse box (WITH FUSE) like everything else, fog lamps, radiator fan and so forth heh. Temporary I promise!!! YOU should really see the side project I am working with 2 other complete wire harnessess.

So tired of the RS steering wheel... Iroc one is going back in No clue why I thought a AIR bag was a better Idea for real. Not sure how I feel about the Gauge bezel. I don't know if I like having a voltimeter or the 140 speedo better. Or should I go with the Dekota digital dash I aquired. Oh I got my Iroc stereo back from the shop too. I got it refurbished YEAH son thats going in to tomorrow.
