New plugs , wires , cap , rotor , coil , tps , injectors , fuel pump , still doesn't run clean when warming up - has fish pull when cruising and seems to not have much power . 90% of the time it throws code 43 (knock system) about 5-10 seconds after you first start it but the engine light shuts off after about 3-5 mins of running. I also noticed the rpms climb ever so slightly when I press the brake or release the brake - some sort of a vacuum related problem ??? Tired of throwing parts at this thing. Has anyone had any experience dealing with the knock sensor system or anything that might help me.

If it is indeed throwing a knock code you may want to look into replacing the sensor if it's old. When my car was detecting lifter noise, it caused all sorts of power loss. It was retarding the timing so much that pressing the gas pedal did absolutely nothing to the rpm.
