89 trans am gta what oil grade/capacity

hi all, i have a 1989 pontiac trans am gta convertible 350/5.7, im going to change the oil, what capacity and oil grade should it use, im in the uk and not alot of people know much about them over here, many thanks.

I put 10w30 non synthetic since I have a bit of a valve stem leak. Helps slow it. Works best for me. However I have heard people use 5w30.

It should only take 5 QTS but be sure to check it

5 quarts of 10w30 conventional oil.
