CrossFire Misfire when cold

I apologize if this has already been covered, my 1982 Camaro Z28 has crossfire injection on it. The engine runs smooth when the temperature starts registering on the gauge. The problem is during warm up, the car has a bad misfire. Changed plugs and wires didn’t help. I changed the temp-sending unit, that didn’t help either. I’m looking for some advice as to where I should look next to solve this issue. Holding the car at 1800 RPM seems to help the engine warm up faster and not “load up” as much but the oil still smells like gas after a few runs.

Thank you

What did the old plugs look like when you pulled them out? Were they fouled? Pull one of the new plugs, is it fouled?

The original plugs looked fine except number 7, it looked a little dark but it was not fouled. Very similar when I checked the new ones, only number 7 looked a little dark. I also forgot to mention the cap and rotor have been replaced and I upgraded the coil from factory.

Could be a lot of things that may take a bunch of troubleshooting but if the #7 plug is the odd man out I'd start with that. Compression test, leak down test, stuff like that. Might be a mild enough problem that once it's hot it the misfire isn't as noticeable. Possible fuel distribution issue too, wouldn't be my first suspect though being cfi.
