Which valves for vortec heads?

I've got a spare set of heads that need to be cleaned up as well as ls6 valve springs, comp roller tip rockers and comp 787(I believe) retainers. They do need new valves though. Any suggestions? I'd like to build these up and eventually swap them onto my l31r with a better cam.

Swirl-polished, undercut, 30* back-cut. Brand doesn't matter.

Install as large a vlv as the seats allow. Usually 2.00"/1.55".

Good luck.

I have used these in many engines. Great valves, great price

What's your impression of the valve job on those? Is it a standard 30-45-60?
Do you ever run into a problem where the seats in the head are so beat up that these valves sit too deep after the valve job?
Personally, I'm surprised at how little seat wear I've seen on 250k Vortec heads, but I don't know if that's the norm. I haven't looked at any "Hecho en Mexico" versions yet that have gone that distance.

Are these a direct swap for vortec heads or should I have a machine shop look at my heads first?
