601 vs 113 heads

Hey everyone, I have been doing some research on possible cylinder head swaps for an Lo3 project. I have found a lot of information on the production 601 and 113 heads, but nothing to compare and contrast the two against each other.
What would be the advantages of each when looking at an Lo3 engine?
They will be well within the power capabilities of the 305, however I am curious as to the fine details when it comes to CR, combustion chamber sizes, thermal qualities and fitment as well. Does the aluminum 113 have advantages over the 601? Or would its quirks make it not worth possible manifold fitment issues and CR changes ?
I know we have a lot of experienced members here and I'd love your guys opinions on the matter.
Thanks!
