1988 Formula 350 feels sluggish/car jerks when accelerating at high speeds?

Hey guys, the past few days I have had an issue where when I accelerate and my car will jerk slightly when reaching highway speeds (65 mph where I live). Idle is normal when in park, and rpms are normal when in gear. Oil pressure also normal. Haven't heard any noises coming from the engine either. My only guess is that it has to be the weather, because it got colder, after hurricane Matthew hit, my car didn't receive any damage from the storm thankfully. The only other thing I can think of is the fuel system. My firebird is fuel injected and maybe the injectors are slightly clogged. The car doesn't miss fire either. If anyone knows something about this I would appreciate the help figuring it out.

Fuel PSI test while its bucking for starters.
When was the last time it had a tuneup?

The tuneup isn't a bad idea in any case. I've seen ancient, and sometimes not so ancient plug wires/cap/rotor cause similar issues.

No check engine light?
I was thinking possibly EGR.

the last time I had a tune up was before I bought the car three years ago, I should probably do that since I haven't, if not that I was told it could be bottom barrel fuel because I last filled up when people started filling up their cars before evacuating, and the pumps started to run dry, If that was the case I would need to clean the fuel system out and or check my fuel injectors. I will change out my plugs and wires first, and see what happens, thanks for the help

Change the fuel filter too.

Problem solved! Tune up did the job, runs smoother than before. Pain in the butt 3 hour work, a few of the plugs were a pain to get out and in because there is barely enough room to get fingers through. The original plugs were old, and one was already starting to deteriorate. I want to thank you all for the help you have given me before I spent too much money on parts that haven't anything to do with the problem. Thanks again.
