My service engine light is on and it floods kind of bad cross the two wires on the diagnostic port and when I turn the key on it won't give me any codes it just stays lit up can anyone tell me why it won't read off the codes and stays lit up the whole time any help would be appreciated

 

Are you jumping pins A and B, two upper right terminals?

 

yes the a and b but it won't do nothing the service engine light wont blink or nothing it just stays lit

 

What has been done to this car?

Disconnecting the ECM but leaving the light driver module will make it do exactly that. For example a carb conversion.

 

I have put new injectors new fuel pump new idle control valve a whole new tuned up new oxygen sensor new mass air flow and and everything I've done has not seen the help keep it from flooding and sometimes when you're driving it at about 2500 RPMs and push the clutch in to come to a stop it will die but it starts right back up and don't know why it does that

 

If youre doing the diagnostic check correct try unplugging the ecu and then plugging it back in. If it still doesn't work I would bet your ecu is bad.

 

I have a computer out of a 89 model GTA TPI engine will it work in it and I've got one from a 87 GTA TPI my 88 had the 9th injector and I deleted it but my 89 didn't

Sounds like you have a bad 1227165 ecm . You can tap on the case while the engine is running to see if the engine acts up.
