Noise

I don't know if it's my valves my rockers or something in the block itself

don't know if it helps but I have just reached 93,711 miles and I have a tiny oil leak on the oil pressue unit

Your car isn't running so it's not anything inside the block. Sounds like something is cooling off and ticking outside the engine.

Sure sounds like the creaking you hear when you turn off a warm engine and it starts to cool. Thermal expansion and contraction. Ie, normal.

Cooling that fast I mean yeah it has been getting colder but for real, I thought my motor was about to lose a lifter I was so woried

I'm glad it's nothing major

It's not a strange noise if you know what it is. It's definitely your headers contracting.
