Should I buy it?

Should I buy it?
Hey guys, looking at this motor on craigslist for my Trans Am. Was originally a 2007 GM crate motor, one ring fried on break in and scored the #4 cylinder (see picture). The seller removed everything, and put in all new internals (mostly comp products) and moly rings. The scoring doesn't LOOK too bad in the picture, and the seller says you can feel it, but can't hang a nail on it. What do you guys think? Keep in mind, I'm on a budget and looking for a good option, not necessarily the perfect option.

PASS. Engines aren't something you want to be taking in and out. He is selling it for a reason and if its not good enough for him it isn't for you either .

Yeah, if it could have been honed out, he'd have done it. More than that and I wouldn't be comfortable with it.
