Is this a non-standard fuel pump relay wiring?
Is this a non-standard fuel pump relay wiring?
My car is an 88 GTA with 5.7 liter TPI.
My fuel pump relay has 5 wires, in order, tan/white, black, green/white, orange, and orange. Isn't there supposed to be a red wire somewhere?
My Chilton's manual says it should have one red wire and one orange wire.
Also, when I test the voltage there, what wire should I probe?
I was thinking of probing either one of the orange wires, with engine running, relay still connected together, and expecting to see 12 volts.
Thanks!

Looks OK (see diagram). Probe the orange wire in location E, that goes to the battery.
