Hard to start, Boggs at stop lights

1987 2.8L Camaro
Issue:
Hard to start: When I turn the key it takes a few seconds before she finally fires. (Pressing pedal to floor when turning the key seems to help her start immediately) or (Upon a second try to start it will start up) Also, when engine is hot it seems to start more easily.
Bogs Down: When you come to a stop light she starts bogging down, usually when I have been sitting awhile but bog down occurs even when I haven't been there long. Like when at a stop sign. When I release the brake the idle resumes to normal and I can press the brake again for awhile. Once I go to take off from the stop the car kicks.

Things I have done.
Added Fuel injector cleaner and Dry-gas
Disconnected TPS sensor wire (Idle became erratic, plugged back in TPS wire and RPM was audibly higher, shut car off and restarted and it was fine )
Disconnected MAF Sensor cable (No change while idling, didn't test it while driving)
Disconnected EGR line (No change while at idle, didn't test it while driving)
Disconnected IAT sensor wire (No change at idle, didn't test it while driving)
Checked PCV Valve for free movement (Shakes easily like a baby rattle)

(Idiot Engine Light has been removed ) ( I will be putting one in asap to see if I can pull some codes the old way)

Please think if you had these same symptoms and share your fixes. Ideas are not repairs (not trying to be rude but I can throw out words like TPS, IAT, EGR... I would like to have a best possible start)

Re: Hard to start, Boggs at stop lights

Your best possible start is to put the CEL back in and read the codes. Start there and report back. Other than that do a visual inspection of all the normal stuff like vac lines fuel fittings and tune up items.

while your checking or doing tuneup items you should check base timing with the est wire disconnected.
