TPI bracket? What am I missing?

Quick question. In the image below as pointed out by the white arrow, what am I missing there? Anyone have a part number or know where I can find one? I have this little black post between the runners and I assume something goes on this to hold those cables? Thanks!

There is a spark plug wire retainer for this to hold the tv and throttle cable.
gm 8917256 is Nla you should post a ad in the wanted section .

It's a three holer normally. I wouldn't waste your time trying to find a used one. I've kinda lost count of how many I've put on my Formula, and they generally don't snap closed tight enough to keep the throttle cable from popping it open.
