Well..... you see that's not exactly a thing. The ECM in these cars doesn't care about crank position. The injectors are bank fired in a single "batch" of all 8, and ignition events are timed by dead reckoning off the distributor base timing. The ECM doesn't even know what the "real" timing is - just what it's told it should be mechanically set to. It just knows it's supposed to fire whichever spark plug the rotor is pointing at. And fire all the injectors at X duty cycle based on engine load and RPM.
