Fuel system upgrade question
Fuel system upgrade question
I have an 89 Camaro and it currently has the tpi 350. Just got done building a hydraulic roller sbc 355 carbureted engine for it. Want to keep the stock tank because of certain classes in my area at the drag strip that fuel cells are not allowed. What do you recommend for the fuel system? I was thinking maybe the aeromotive 340 in tank pump. Any one used this setup before or recommend anything else? Thanks in advance

Re: Fuel system upgrade question
i use a racetronix 340 lph pump.
I would also recommend a full wiring upgrade (in tank and out of tank) they make kits for this. racetronix makes a nice ALL IN ONE kit. it gets power from the alternator so you are getting 14.x volts instead of 12. heavier gauge wires, a relay, etc.
