how accurate are those guages?.. i got pulled over by a cop going 144 in a 100 zone (km/h).. which is about right.. cuz right before that i was burrying my needle (220+ KM/h) (was racing a friend's mustang)
i knew the cop.. so he made the ticket under 150 so i wouldn't loose my licence.. i'd never ask him to do anything like that tho.. he's a good guy.. don't want to take advantage of him.. more then i have to....(hey, u gotta do **** with ur' car sometimes.. and warning come in handy then).. so anyways.. insinuated i hit 245 km/h.....
i got a hypertech stage 2 chip.. so i'm guessing my speed limiter is thrown out the window.. (if i do my conversion right.. that's 152.15 MPH) my exhaust helps... (pretty free flowing 3 1/2 exhuast)... 3.27 posi out rear.. was going at about 38 to 4 grand in the rpms on OD.... how accurate are my gauges.. cuz i'm sure i never went more then 230 km/h or so i'm guessing.. (was not far away from 220.. which is where it ends)..(was pretty much toped out)..
i got my speedo checked a while back cuz of a speeding ticket.. it's 11 off at 100 (have to go 89 km/h to go 100 km/h changed to biger diameter tires.. barelly bigger...)
is that cop bull****ing me.. (cuz he did say if he saw my car going that fast again he'd personally make sure i loose it for a while)
i know the rpms are flaky.. i though my speedo's Fked-up past 160 km/h (that it'd like.. double.. so i'd be going 200 but i'd actually be going 180 or something.. i dunno).. is that speed possible with a LB9.. with 89 350 cam specs (dunno off the top of my head) and other little mods.. mostly intake and exhaust.. nothing to the heads..except clean them when i had them off.. didn't bother with polishing 'em.
