Need Help 1992 3.1

Hey guys new to the forum and in need of help with a camaro i just picked up. I bought the car as a non runner, threw a fuel pump in because it was known bad. Car had sat for around 8 years or so. So i have 43 psi at the rail now and new plugs, cap, icm. The car wouldn't start for quite a while. I checked ohms on the injectors which are within spec. Injector pulse seems to be non existent. Got it to fire today and ran like crap. So the really odd thing that is happening is the SES light is flashing slowly at koeo and the car would not flash codes. I couldnt find anything on this in the forums and it was driving me crazy. When I finally got the car to fire today the SES light was solid at koeo and with koer. I was able to get it to flash codes at this point which are 15, 23, 35, 42, 43, and 52. It runs smooth as silk on ether. I cant figure it out and am starting to think the ecm is bad. I apologize if this has already been discussed i just cant seem to find an answer. any help is appreciated.

While I'm far from a mechanic, I have a GMSM that covers this model...

15 - Coolant Temp Sensor Low Temp Indicated
23 - IAT Sensor Low Temp Indicated
35 - IAC (IAT) Circuit System Check
42 - Electronic Spark Control (EST) Circuit
43 - Electronic Spark Control (ESC) Circuit
52 - Undefined (GMSM states if code not listed in the chart is observed on the GM Tech 1 scanner then ground the ALDL diagnostic terminal if code reappears to check for a incorrect or faulty MEM-CAL)
