82 bird v6 5 speed no ignition acc power
I was driving my 1982 firebird and it died. I have no ignition, no power windows, no radio,no gauges. The only thing that works is dome light, horn, hazzard lights, the headlight will not go up. I noticed the rpm gauge was acting crazy before it died. Its a 5 speed so I wonder if its the clutch neutral safety switch. Its the S/E model with the v6 2.8l carb. I also put a new battery in it but still nothing.

Not the clutch safety switch.
It's a fusible link. There's 2 or 3 of them, at the starter. One is bad.

Ill check the links on the starter. I just got it out of the shop and it was running great but it just died and i had to get it towed. My power windows wont roll up so i got a tarp over it.

The mechanic shop.He fixed the problem with the acceleration where I had to keep pumping the gas pedal to go faster. It was driving great like it should. It was accelerating great but it just died all of a sudden when I was driving it. I checked all the fuses and they was good.

Yep, check the fuseable links. They are part of the wire in the harness, not in the fuse box. As stated there are two, and what is working and what is not is consistent with one of them being blown for some reason.
