Crazy Idle or no start after battery disconnect

All ran fine prior to disconnecting the battery, replaced a relay and wired in a new relay connector for my secondary fan. Reconnected battery and now either won't turn over or if it does, the idle is all over the place and then dies. I literally did nothing else to the stupid thing and logging with TunerPro gives no error codes. Anyone have any guesses?

My first step would be verifying you have good ground.

Thanks, planned to check that tonight on the new connector I put in. Has to be something with what I touched and that was it.

So I’ve removed the new harness all together and put the stupid fan wiring back how it was and am still in the same boat. Anything else obvious to check?
