Questions on replacing main caps.

If i had a block with one missing, what would I need to do to put a new one on. Do I have to have the block line bored?

find one off an old motor

get the bolts too..
take it to the machine shop and have them check the existing alignbore on the motor and align hone the new one. That should take care of it.
