My bad. I said AFR, but you guys are correct - Trick Flow makes the small bore aluminum head.

Afr i think usedto make a head with smaller valves to fit 305 blocks. You could order the old 190 heads bare and put 1.94 valves in them I think

Those were real good heads....one giant heavy hunk of metal!!


If you get those Flotek pay for a better valve job...wow. They are all import castings regardless of where they are assmbled.

Most of the head flow numbers I come across are done on a 4.030-4.060" bore. Hard to compare apples to apples with a 4.125" bore

#s vary 3-8 cfm in this case
What Im most interested in is % of gain and where. Was pretty satisfied for a 2.02 valve

Chamber is alot better. Look like baby vortec chambers or 4.3 L99 chambers. I would love to try a pair on a dished piston or even flattop piston 350 to up the compression. Using 5.3 heads worked great on my LQ4 6.0L.
