Lower Temp Switch 89 Iroc

I just got my 89 Iroc running, 305 Dual fans 180 Thermostat. The fan goes on around 230. What switch have you guys had good luck with to lower the temp to around 200? Also I had to use a adaptor in my trick flow heads so it needs to be the stock length or it will be too close to the header.

Thanks
Kenny

One of these may fit the bill:

210 degF on, 205 degF off (Wells SW555, Standard TS-136) 3/8 NPT x 14 threads

ACDELCO Part # D1882D {#03053190, 19160820, 3053190, D1874D}
