Can anyone identify this part?

I am trying to undo a 1983 Crossfire that was converted to carburetor. Since I did not do the conversion myself, I do not have the original setup as a reference point. I found this part in the trunk, can anyone ID it?

hooks to the RH TBI,bracket mounts by a couple of the manifold lid bolts back by the dizzy.
