No power to fuel pump

On my 5.0 tbi, the fuel pump does not run. The fuse by the battery has been replaced, the relay is new, and the fuel pump is new.

With a test light, I get power to the orange wire, but not the red wire at the relay

The car drove fine before parked 2 months ago, no fuel issues

It definitely seems to be the problem with the red wire, but I don't know where to trace it back to

The red wire should be a test lead.

Shouldn't I be able to see outbound power to the pump on this wire? I tried testing it with the ignition on and the harness plugged in

Re: No power to fuel pump

The relay output wire to the pump is grey or it could be tan with a white stripe.
