Edelbrock runners vortec heads

Hello all,
I have vortec heads with a sd3816 manifold on my 91. I'm looking into aftermarket runners. Does anyone know if edelbrock runners will bolt straight up, need modifications, or not compatible at all? If not, are there any runners you would reccomend?

Any of the aftermarket runners are similar. You can use 85-88 runners on 90-92 cars with a couple small mods that aren't permanent. AS&M Siamese and large tube runners are on the top side of performance and price.

Block off the cold start inj and need a pipe plug in the small tube on the driverside to prevent vac leaks.
No issues if you buy the correct year runners

Any issues with fitment over larger injectors? I heard there could be some trouble. I have 24# injectors

Contact southbay to see about the injectors fitting the base.
I forgot if you have b3s but you might have to have ones without there press on adapters. Curious to know

@ChevyTycoon just installed a set of as&m / tpis runners and had a issue with them fitting the vortec base.
Im not sure what he did to fix it grind runner flanges or what.

I'm cut from a different cloth lol, I just expect to have to mod aftermarket parts a bit to make things work.
