TBSS

Hey guy.
I am trying to put together my parts for when I swap my 01 6.0LS motor into my 86 IrocZ. I know I have to swap out my truck intake. My question is can I use an intake from a TBss?

Might want to visit the LT/LS sub-forum of the Engine Swap forum.

Re: TBSS

The TBSS intake is still a truck intake and has the same height problems. I'd look into an LS6 or Dorman LS2. I'm assuming you want affordable. Also, the 07 up 5.3 intakes were the same as the TBSS intake and are more readily available. But, that height thing..

I am going to attempt to shave the truck intake. Worse case scenario is that it doesnt fit. Click the link
