Car wont start

Rebuilding 5.7 in a 91 firebird. Switched from 305 tbi to 350 tpi. Installed matching wiring harness.
Bought a vats bypass for key module. Tied starter enable wires together.
Turn key and no ignition, no starter, no nothing. battery and starter are both new.
dash has security and check engine light on.
Any ideas?

My initial ideas are either something isn't wired quite right , or could it be perhaps a pinout issue of the TPI harness being plugged in to where a TBI harness once was ? I may be wrong but I thought I've read about people having to "repin" harnesses sometimes during TBI/TPI swaps ?
