I have a 88 gta 383 hsr

my car always starts and runs
yesterday I went out and it started up but ran lean 20 af sputtering a bit and then died after1 min
so today it just cranks a million times and does my start
I have a fuel pressure gauge and it shows 48
I thought it was bad gas
I drained the whole tank got 20 bucks of new gas
still nothing
then I cracked the engine over and checked for spark at a plug and the plug wire
It had spark
so wtf
I have a newer mass sensor from parts store
and I no engine light.
I think my next step is to flood in quick start
because I am lost

Maybe I flooded the **** out of the motor
do I have to take all 8 plugs out and crank it over and let it clear it self out
the gas was from last sept

 

With my key on I get zero volts with my meter which it should be 12.5 v
so I think my ecu died
can anyone tell me better
