Hatch Motor quit working

Looks like after spending much of last year parked, the hatch motor no longer works. Is there a way to fix these things or is it easier and/or better to find a new one?

Sorta depends on what you find when you get in there, IMO. Sorta like Nancy said about health care reform...you have to pass it to find out what's in it.
