LT4 hot cam
I know that some of you guys have switched out to the LT4 cam. I was wondering that when I switch my stock 350 to the LT4 cam if there is anything that I need to know to help me out. I am also switching my valve train to roller and going with AFR heads, hardended pushrods, guides, and 1.6 rockers. Thanks for any help
Lots of things could be done to prepare. Port your intake and get aftermarket runners, headers... if your tranny is auto get a higher stall converter.. Remember to shorten the dowel pin on the camshaft so it doesn't ruin your timing cover. Since you're buying new pushrods it wouldn't hurt to go a little longer with the higher ratio rocker arms, but measuring is always best.

Does anyone happen know what length of push rod to use (approximate). I am going to buy to buy some shims for my rockers, I guess that will help me get my measurement. And one other question. All the pushrods are the same length right? (exhaust, intake) thanks again for any replies.
