I need help identifying which cords go from the plugs that plug into the gauge cluster go where. If anyone has a diagram that would be great (For an 86 trans am). The first two pictures are of the plug that supposedly goes into the sending unit, which is the last picture. There are two of those wires with the same plug, that one just wasn't connected to anything, the other one is connected to a wire that goes up to the gauge cluster I assume. The third picture is of the plugs that go into the gauge cluster. If you look for the two pink wires, one of them is open ended and the other one goes off to the left of the picture and was spliced into a black wire that doesn't go anywhere (can't be seen in the picture). I would like to know if these two pink wires are supposed to be spliced together or not because it doesn't look like any wire has been pulled out of the original plug. Please let me know if I got anything wrong in this post. Thanks!
