I am having very hard time sealing this intake, on a gen v 7.4L, aluminum intake. the problem started when I noticed coolant in the oil, this is a reman long blk. for a boat, stock engine w/peanut ports, so before I aid the oil and coolant I've been air testing the coolant side and I'm getting bubbles when I soap test it with 20# of air have put sealant on the bolts and around the water ports and I still get bubbles

Perform a search for "casting impregnation" and you might get some ideas. If you've covered all the bases with the gasket surfaces and seams, there might not be much left.
