Distributor recommendations
I have a 383 stroker I am currently building to go into my 88 Trans Am GTA. It has the TPiS Mini ram on it and will have a P1SC ProCahrger on it.
I am intending on fitting the Holley Terminator X universal MPFI kit PART# 550-936
I have the MSD 6AL ignition box and MSD Coil
So I am looking for a Distributor to go with this set up. Holley recommend their Duel Sync distributor 565-200 but have not heard anything good about that distributor and
I know the thirgens need the thinner capped distributors so not sure it would fit either.
So can anyone recommend one that they are using on their thirdgens?

Re: Distributor recommendations
I'm running the MSD/Holley (built by MSD for Holley) dual sync distributor on my Trans Am with a LINK ECU and it works great. No fitment issues for me. It's a small-cap like the 87+ GM distributor. What bad things have you heard?
That's about the only option if you want full sequential and keep the distributor without going to a crank/cam sensor.

Re: Distributor recommendations
Basically - I have the black anodized version. Same thing. So are the Holley units. They are all the same and all made by MSD (owned by Holley).
I haven't had any issue with mine. I'm using a LINK three channel igniter and a DUI coil and running my ID1050x injectors as full sequential.
