Need walbro 450lph fuel pump help

Car: 1988 GTA Trans am 1 owner since new
Engine: 383 built
Transmission: 1995 camaro t56 6 speed
Axle/Gears: 3.24 posi 9 bolt
Need walbro 450lph fuel pump help

I have a 88 gta I put a walbro 450 pump in the sending myself
I noticed that the ground was ground to sending unit frame
and that's how I did it
now I did it last fall I rewired it My self
working
last fall it gapped 1 time didn't start no furl pump
this time it started yesterday
and today it won't obv i think I have a knock off from eBay
he say it real
is it possible that the ground for the sending inst enough considering the side of fp

I don't want to be a crap pump do ppl run there own ground wire with the power

I'm sorry, my English to English translator appears to be broken, but, if your asking about the fuel pump's ground, yes it's important to have a good ground for the pump to run

I would try running a ground wire to the battery and see what happens 10 gauge minimum

it was a bad sender wiring clip that goes way up under the unit I took it off and it was pure corrosion and sanded it up and put it back together and it works mint now
Most ppl would have bought a new sender and if it fails again I will
I'm just paranoid about rock auto gm aftermarket stuff
it really doesn't last long
I with I knew what to do
