Replacing 02 sensor??

Does any one know the best way to replace the 02 sensor on an 89 350 IROC??

7/8" open end wrench from below, make sure to warm manifolds up beforehand.

Engine: L98 (350 TPI)
Transmission: MD8 (700 R4) + 3.42 LS1 Rear
.....or get O2 Sensor Socket and Take it off with that. make sure to use plenty of penetrating fluid and warm it up as previously stated.

Or just break the back of the sensor off and use a regular 6-point socket, I've heard that the O2 sockets can sometimes round things off.
