Oil leak
1986 with the 2.8 mpfi. Was doing fine then randomly started leaking by oil filter, changed filter and is still leaking. Any ideas?

Brake clean the area, get a blacklight, put uv dye in the oil. Start engine and watch the area.

More likely, the distributor O-ring, and it's just dripping down by the filter.
My little step bro had a S truck that needed a new that O-ring every 20k miles or so.
